Meet the Staff:

Patrick AlmeidaManager of Villa Parada
I have been the property manager for the Yale Lanai since the beginning of 2018. I’m a Denver native and I love everything Colorado has to offer. From hiking, climbing and bouldering, to rafting and snowboarding there is never a dull moment in Colorado. I’m a writer, artist and musician, I have a strong passion for helping and building connections with people. I have many years in customer service experience and I like new challenges and to overcome any obstacle.
Denver is a beautiful city to grow and thrive and I’m very thankful to be here at the Yale Lanai.

Michael TitusService Manager
Michael Titus has been residing at The Villa Parada since 2003 and functioning as head of maintenance since 2006. He has a long history of various experiences in the maintenance field and an outstanding customer service reputation. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and camping.
